European Academy of Religion, Eighth Annual Conference
Vienna, Austria, July 8-12, 2025
The Volos Academy for Theological Studies, in cooperation with Sebastian Press, is organizing a panel discussion on the book "Remembering the Future: Toward an Eschatological Ontology," the final major work of the late Metropolitan John Zizioulas (+2023).
This round table discussion will be part of the annual conference of the European Academy of Religion, taking place in Vienna on July 10, 2025. The panelists will include Bishop Maxim Vasiljevic of Los Angeles, Dr. Pantelis Kalaitzidis (Director of the Volos Academy for Theological Studies), and Dr. Najib George Awad (Associate Researcher at the Center for Comparative Theology and Social Issues at Bonn University, Germany). The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Nikolaos Asproulis (Deputy Director of the Volos Academy for Theological Studies).
